Abstract
In the paper, a method for phenotypic and genetic analyses of winter oilseed rape DH lines, evaluated in an unreplicated experiment with a standard, is proposed. The methods of statistical analyses are described based on the example of data from the unreplicated experiment including two standards: cultivar Californium and W-15 DH line. In the experiment, 116 DH lines from F1 hybrids of Californium × W-15 and 94 DH lines from F1 hybrids of W-15 × Californium were compared with the standards. Statistical characteristics of DH line populations and of parental populations have been performed. Moreover, the estimates of transgression effects for the DH lines and the estimates of genetic parameters for two chosen traits were determined.
