Abstract
The investigations were conducted in the years 2005–2006 to evaluate the response of new varieties of spring triticale to the sowing time at different sowing rates. The yield of var. Dublet (CHD 503) was not significantly affected by the 10-day delay in sowing date, whereas that of var. MAH 3003 was evidently lower under the same conditions. No significant effect of the increasing sowing rate in the conditions of delayed sowing upon the level of spring triticale yielding was found.
