Abstract
The paper describes based on the results of five breeding experiments, different approaches to the analysis of unreplicated trials. Various methods of statistical analysis aimed at the reduction of error variance are proposed. Additionally, use of the intra-block coefficient of correlation to the improve trial precision by changing the plot size and block capacity is considered.
