Characterization of the developed winter triticale strains resistant to pre-harvest sprouting

Abstract

A short characterization of preharvest sprouting, frost resistance and yield structure traits is reported for six winter triticale strains developed by the author. The obtained strains were resistant to preharvest sprouting in 5–7 subsequent years, so they may be considered as sources of this trait.for further breeding work on triticale.
