Abstract
The performed studies concerned chemical composition of triticale progeny grain. The experimental factors were as follows: two triticale varieties (Presto and Bogo) and sites where sowing material of these varieties was reproduced. Contents of magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, nickel, lead, cobalt and cadmium were recorded in grain. The differences of metals contents were larger between the sites than between the varieties.
