Fuzarioza kłosów oraz akumulacja toksyn fuzaryjnych w ziarnie rodów hodowlanych pszenicy ozimej
Fusarium head blight and Fusarium toxins accumulation in grain of breeding lines of winter wheat
Abstrakt
Odporność na fuzariozę kłosów genotypów pszenicy testowana była w warunkach polowych w IHAR — PIB Radzików oraz w IGR PAN w Poznaniu (pole doświadczalne w Cerekwicy). Kłosy inokulowane były izolatami Fusarium culmorum. Potwierdzono odporność na fuzariozę kłosów warunkach polowych (typ odporności I+II) większości genotypów z kolekcji form odpornych. Uzyskano wysokie wartości (0,613–0,775) współczynników korelacji indeksów fuzariozy kłosów dla genotypów odpornych badanych w latach 2014–2016. Nie było istotnej zależności pomiędzy odpornością typu I i typu II. Odporności typu I i II słabo korelowały z indeksem fuzariozy kłosów z doświadczenia polowego, wyższe były współczynniki korelacji indeksów fuzariozy kłosów ze średnią odpornością obu typów. Badane genotypy wykazały zróżnicowaną odporność na uszkodzenie ziarniaków przez Fusarium (typ III). Indeks fuzariozy kłosów wysoce istotnie korelował z uszkodzeniem ziarniaków pszenicy. Fuzarioza kłosów powodowała redukcję plonu ziarna z kłosa (typ IV odporności). Stwierdzono istotne korelacje indeksu fuzariozy kłosów i uszkodzenia ziarniaków z redukcją plonu ziarna. Zidentyfikowano genotypy o łączące typy odporności I+II, III i IV. Badane genotypy wykazały zróżnicowaną odporność na akumulację toksyn fuzaryjnych (trichoteceny B, zearalenon) w ziarnie (typ V). Zidentyfikowano genotypy pszenicy wykazujące odporność typu V. Indeks fuzariozy kłosów, stopień uszkodzenia ziarniaków oraz zawartość ergosterolu (ilościowy miernik zawartości grzybni w ziarnie) korelowały wysoce istotnie z zawartością trichotecenów w ziarnie. Korelacja indeksu fuzariozy kłosów, stopnia uszkodzenia ziarniaków oraz zawartości ergosterolu była słabsza w przypadku zearalenonu. Zidentyfikowano genotypy łączące podwyższony poziom odporności różnego typu.
