Abstract
The paper describes the attempt made to determine the relationships between fruit yield and quality of everbearing strawberry. The results of field evaluation of 1280 strawberry seedlings belonging to 32 hybrid families came from the Institute of Pomology and Floriculture in Skierniewice. Variability of the experimental objects was evaluated using the principal components analysis. Afterwards, Ward’s hierarchical clustering method was applied to distinguish homogeneous groups of objects.
